Payment: A part payment is required on acceptance of a quote and before any design concepts will begin. The outstanding amount is due on completion of the project.

Proofs: A proof via email or post will be sent. It is the responsibility of the client to check all copy / images / layout is correct. Maxx Design holds no responsibility for errors on the finished product once the proof has been signed off.

Colours/Finish: Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed versions and printed colours may slightly vary between printers.

Privacy: Your personal details will not under any circumstance be distributed to any third party and is considered private and confidential.
